Waaaaaah! You don’t like the service you got at nasty ass Dennys from the girl who makes poverty of a living.

This rant is in response to a fucking hideous post and comments I saw at that affiliate sales driven, “advice website,” wisegeek.com

If you were making POVERTY for a living – and knew no one in your entire country gave a shit about your survival, even though you’re getting your ass kicked paying taxes and working for a living, would you give stellar service too?

Believe it or not, some people still do… AND Oh My Fucking God, YES – some people do not! FYI, retards who think tipping should be debatable, it’s just like ANY OTHER INDUSTRY.

Let’s broaden this spectrum for the simple minded…

Regardless if it’s food, construction, an office job or fucking investors over – there are dicks in every industry and every job across the world. It’s been this way forever – and no amount of stiffing your fellow human-being will change it. And think about it FFS – whose to say that the employee is the problem? Seriously, how many bosses have made doing your job suck? How many managers have made their employees look bad? How many cheap ass business owners make employee’s lives shit? How delusional do you have to be to judge and punish one person because you can’t handle minor daily disappointments? And if you do judge – honest to God, who the fuck do you think you are?

Tipping a waiter is not a “nice thing you’re doing for them.” Tipping a waiter is YOU actually PAYING the living wage that American restaurants are too cheap to pay out.

Tipping a waiter would be a “nice thing to do” IF the restaurant was actually paying your server enough money to pay their rent, let alone buy groceries, health insurance, car payments, student loans, cell phone bills, credit card bills … ect … but they’re not. So no, your tip is not a “reward” for good service. Your tip is sustenance for a working human being.

Also it’s none of your business why a person chooses to wait tables – so don’t get all up on your high horse and start preaching about what people choose to do for a living, lest you are Stalin, a Republican Tea Bagger, Fred Phelps, or Satan himself. (And no one in their right mind listens to those assholes.)

ANYWAY – tipping a waiter is a non-negotiable debate till you get off your ass and tell your politicians to stop shoving special interest money up their gaping assholes while allowing “some” industries to pay human beings a inhumane wages.

Till that day happens …

1. HOW DARE ANYONE DEBATE A PERSON’S RIGHT TO A LIVING WAGE.
2. HOW DARE ANYONE PLAY WITH A HUMAN’S ABILITY TO SURVIVE BASED ON YOUR OWN SHALLOW, SELF-ENTITLED DEMENTIA.

If I met anyone who didn’t leave a tip I’d smack the shit out of them and then I’d go to their job and proceed shred 20 – 95% of their paycheck into non-existence -Because I’m pretty sure 100% of the evil, self-entitled, undiagnosed schizos who do condone treating another human like an insect – aren’t fabulous at their desk, construction, political, or sex jobs either.

I’m pretty sure you would STFU about how to treat a waiter if your own boss docked 20 – 95% of your pay based on their own perception (be it correct or seriously incorrect) of your performance …

ANYONE WHO THINKS TIPPING IS A DEBATABLE TOPIC, (including Denis Grosz and wisegeek.com,) has their head so far up their asses that it’s amazing they can even breath.

And that’s it for my rant. Fuck off.

I wonder what Darwin and Thornstein Veblen would have to say on this topic of “Economic Darwinism.”

I had someone say they favor Wal-Mart because it represents “Economic Darwinism” which got me thinking about wtf this even means. Here’s my take…

If the definition of “Economic Darwinism” is survival of the fittest business then by that definition where does Wal-Mart fit in to the definition of survival when compared to all sectors?

To survive is to live or exist in spite of danger or hardship. What sort of danger or hardship does Wal-Mart suffer from? What exactly constitutes for hardship and danger for the elite world population/resources exploiting billionaires?

Wal-Mart doesn’t operate to “survive.” They operate to saturate and to intentionally monopolize. Who then operates to survive? I guess that would be the small business. Mom and pop businesses are in business designed to promote survival, to feed a family, to pay a mortgage, to send some kids to school.

On another note Darwinism is the study of biological beings and a change in their genetics. It’s something you have no control over and you have no choice but to cope with it.

“Economic Darwinism” sounds like some fundamentalist’s fabulously concocted excuse to be greedy without having any remorse. Business is not a biological thing and therefore it can be controlled. Darwinism describes a biological change “Economic Darwinism” describes what? A feeling of entitlement? They’re not even the same damn thing!

Saying Wal-Mart V. small business is an acceptable example of “Economic Darwinism” is like saying, “It’s perfectly acceptable to wipe out a whole community because I like money.”

What a despicable thing to be arguing for.
